Designing for Accessibility

We are proud to have two staff members who are trained in home modifications for accessibility. Glen Knight and Gayann Griggs have earned the certification from the National Association of Home Builders after completing the necessary course work and are able to help adapt homes for the special needs of aging seniors. In addition to enabling seniors to remain in their own home, our trained staff can also design homes to meet the special needs of people of all ages with physical challenges.
We are especially sensitive to the needs of people that may have suffered recent injuries and quickly require grab bars, ramps, or other special services. We have at our disposal all types of accessible products that can make your home safe and convenient.
Adaptable/Accessible Housing

The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs provides grants to service members and veterans with certain permanent and total service-connected disabilities to help purchase or construct an adapted house (accessible housing), or modify an existing home to accommodate a disability.
We are considered as one of Southern Illinois finest contractors for V.A. adaptable/accessible housing. We have worked with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs numerous times helping disabled veterans to secure grants to accommodate their everyday needs. With the help of the grant from the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, we can…
